Mini Mexican Pizzas

  • 12 tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ground beef
  • 1 taco seasoning

  1. To prepare the mini Mexican pizzas, use a biscuit cutter to cut small rounds of tortillas

  2. You can keep the trimmings and fry to use on your favorite taco salad

  3. Add enough oil to coat the bottom of a saucepan with vegetable oil

  4. Fry the tortillas until golden brown on both sides

  15. To assemble pizzas

  16. Add about 1 teaspoon of the white sauce to each round, then add a portion of taco meat

  17. Top with cheese, and place in a 350-degree oven until the cheese begins to melt
