Tomato and Feta Dip

- 4 style pitas (cut into wedges)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- to taste
- 2 olive oil
- 4 roma tomatoes (seeded and diced)
- 4 ounces feta (crumbled)
- to taste
- 4 green onions (sliced)
- 2 wine vinegar
Brush or spray the pita wedges with oil on both sides and bake in a preheated 400F/200C oven until crispy and golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side
Spread the olive oil out on a large platter, sprinkle on the tomatoes followed by the feta, salt, pepper and oregano, green onions and lemon juice
Optionally mix everything up and enjoy!
