Tomato and Feta Dip

  • 4 style pitas (cut into wedges)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • to taste
  • 2 olive oil
  • 4 roma tomatoes (seeded and diced)
  • 4 ounces feta (crumbled)
  • to taste
  • 4 green onions (sliced)
  • 2 wine vinegar
  1. Brush or spray the pita wedges with oil on both sides and bake in a preheated 400F/200C oven until crispy and golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side

  2. Spread the olive oil out on a large platter, sprinkle on the tomatoes followed by the feta, salt, pepper and oregano, green onions and lemon juice

  3. Optionally mix everything up and enjoy!
