Soft Boiled Eggs

  • 2 fresh eggs (approx. 55g each)
  • Boiling water
  • soya sauce
  • pepper
  1. Boil some water using electric or gas kettle

  2. Place 2 eggs in a pot and pour boiling water over it, fully submerging the eggs

  3. Cover the pot with the cover

  4. Set timer for approximately 6 minutes and 30 seconds

  5. Remove eggs from water

  6. Crack on the smaller end of the egg using a small metal spoon

  7. Scope out any egg whites that are still on the shells

  8. Serve hot immediately with some dark soya sauce and pepper
