Materials

  • 30 Sesame seeds
  • 250 Wakame seaweed
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • pepper
  • 2 oil

Instructions

  • Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet until fragrant and light brown
  • Remove from the skillet and let cool
  • Rinse seaweed and drain
  • Place seaweed in a bowl and season with lime juice, sugar and pepper
  • Add sesame seeds and oil, mix, season to taste and serve
