  • 16 tortillas (small (street taco sized))
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup de gallo
  • 1 1/2 ground chuck
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 2 cups iceburg lettuce

  1. Mexi-Ranch Sauce In a small bowl combine sour cream, Ranch Salad dressing, salsa, and taco seasoning

  2. Stir to combine

  3. Cheddar cheese Quesadillas Preheat oven to 200 degrees

  4. Prepare 8 quesadillas by dividing the cheese into 8 portions

  5. Place equal amounts of cheese on 8 tortillas

  6. Place the remaining 8 tortillas on top of the cheese-covered tortillas

  7. In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the quesadillas for about two minutes on each side

  8. The quesadillas should be golden brown, and the cheese should be melted

  9. Keep quesadillas in the warm oven while you cook the burgers

  10. Burgers In a bowl combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper

  11. Stir to combine

  12. Divide beef into 4 patties

  13. Wipe out your non-stick skillet with a paper towel, and cook the burgers over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side

  14. Build the Burgers Place one quesadilla down on a plate, add 1 burger patty

  15. Top burger patty with 2 slices of Pepper Jack cheese, and 2 slices of cooked bacon

  16. Top burger with pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, and Mexi-Sauce
