  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 3 chilies
  • 500 g pork belly
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 300 g basil leaves
  1. In a wok over medium heat, add the oil, garlic, and chilies

  2. Cook for 1 minute

  3. Crank up the heat to high, and add the pork belly

  4. Stir-fry until caramelized and a little crisp, 2 minutes

  5. Add the sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauces

  6. Stir-fry for 1 minute, and add the basil

  7. Stir-fry until the basil is wilted

  8. Serve immediately
