Choley Masala

Chil peas made in tomato, onion with fix of spices

  • 20 ml sunflower oil
  • 200 g chickpeas
  • 15 ml Tomato puree
  • 0.5 tps Choley Masala
  • 0.5 tps Garam Masala
  • 0.25 tps Red chili powder (you skip if donot want hot)
  • 0.25 tps Turmeric powder
  • 50 grams Chopped onions
  • 15 grams Garlic paste
  • 15 grams Ginger paste
  • 0.5 tps Salt
  • 50 ml Water
  1. Take pan on stove and start stove high flame

  2. Add oil wait until its hot

  3. Then add chopped onions, ginger and garlic paste and salt

  4. Stir it for 5 to 10 minutes until they turn little brown, if burning turn stove on medium

  5. Add tomato puree , add turmeric and red hot chili powder, mix well

  6. Add water and cook for 3 to 5 minutes

  7. Add garam masala, choleyy masala, chik peas and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until one bil
