Choley Masala
Chil peas made in tomato, onion with fix of spices
- 20 ml sunflower oil
- 200 g chickpeas
- 15 ml Tomato puree
- 0.5 tps Choley Masala
- 0.5 tps Garam Masala
- 0.25 tps Red chili powder (you skip if donot want hot)
- 0.25 tps Turmeric powder
- 50 grams Chopped onions
- 15 grams Garlic paste
- 15 grams Ginger paste
- 0.5 tps Salt
- 50 ml Water
Take pan on stove and start stove high flame
Add oil wait until its hot
Then add chopped onions, ginger and garlic paste and salt
Stir it for 5 to 10 minutes until they turn little brown, if burning turn stove on medium
Add tomato puree , add turmeric and red hot chili powder, mix well
Add water and cook for 3 to 5 minutes
Add garam masala, choleyy masala, chik peas and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until one bil
