Seafood in Golden Pumpkin

- 1 whole pumpkin (approx. 600-700g)
- 4 abalones
- 3 pcs scallops
- 4 pcs prawns
- 3 dried mushroom (soaked in water till softened and retain mushroom water)
- 40 g red capsicum (diced)
- 40 g yellow capsicum (diced)
- 40 g reen capsicum (diced)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp sauce
- pepper
- sugar
- sesame oil
- 1/2 shaoxing wine
- 1/2 tsp soya sauce
- and pepper
- 1/2 tsp corn flour
Marinade seafood with salt, pepper and corn flour and set aside for 30 minutes
Cut off stem top of pumpkin and remove the seeds from it
Steam pumpkin for 15 mins
Set aside
With 2 tbsp of cooking oil, pan cook prawns and scallops till cooked
Remove and set aside
Add another tbsp of oil into same pan and add minced garlic
Saute till fragrant
Add mushrooms and all capsicums with 2 to 3 tbsp of mushroom water
Add rest of seasoning except shaoxing wine
Mix well
Add prawns, scallops and baby abalones
Mix briefly and finish off shaoxing wine
Remove from flame and pour all ingredients into steamed pumpkin
Serve hot immediately
