Maki with Salmon and Avocado

  • 0.5 ripe Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Wasabi paste
  • 125 Salmon
  • 2 Nori seaweed
  • 400 Sushi rice
  1. Peel half of avocado and cut lengthwise into 8 thin strips and immediately brush with lemon juice

  2. Cut salmon into long pieces, about 0

  4. Cut nori sheets in half crosswise

  5. On a bamboo mat, place 1/2 nori sheet and spread about a quarter of rice over nori, leaving about 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inches) at the top
