- 0.5 ripe Avocado
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Wasabi paste
- 125 Salmon
- 2 Nori seaweed
- 400 Sushi rice
Peel half of avocado and cut lengthwise into 8 thin strips and immediately brush with lemon juice
Cut salmon into long pieces, about 0

Cut nori sheets in half crosswise
On a bamboo mat, place 1/2 nori sheet and spread about a quarter of rice over nori, leaving about 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inches) at the top
