Lemongrass Meatballs Skewers

- 350 g minced pork
- 100 g fish paste
- 100 g minced prawn
- 2 tbsp fried shallots
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 5 chestnuts
- 2 onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp shaoxiing wine
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 6 stalks
Put all ingredients into a mixing bow and stir to mix them well
Add in seasoning and stir until the mixture is very sticky and well combined
Wet your hands, wrap each lemongrass stick with the minced pork mixture
Heat up oil for deep frying
Deep fry with medium until golden brown and well cooked
Dish and drain
Serve hot !
