Materials

  • 350 g pork minced
  • 100 g fish paste
  • 100 g prawn minced
  • 2 tbsp fried shallots
  • 1 tbsp garlic cloves
  • 5 chestnuts
  • 2 onion
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp shaoxiing wine
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 6 stalks

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a mixing bow and stir to mix them well
  • Add in seasoning and stir until the mixture is very sticky and well combined
  • Wet your hands, wrap each lemongrass stick with the minced pork mixture
  • Heat up oil for deep frying
  • Deep fry with medium until golden brown and well cooked
  • Dish and drain
  • Serve hot !
