  • 170 g fish paste
  • minced pork/chicken
  • 15 chestnuts
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 coriander
  • 2 tsps soy sauce
  • 2 tsps huadiao wine
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • oil
  1. Mix the fish paste, minced meat together with all the seasonings and marinade for at least one hour

  2. Beat the mixture by hand thoroughly till they becomes very sticky

  3. Mould into little balls/patty size and deep fried/cook them in soup/pan fried them as desired
