  • 1.5 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tomatoes sliced
  • 100 g feta for dressing

Instructions

  • Toss the asparagus spears in the oil, salt and pepper and grill over medium-high heat until crisp-tender and slightly charred
