  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced/grated)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  1. Marinate the chicken in the mixture of the olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in the fridge for 30 minutes to overnight

  2. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked, about 2-4 minutes per side
