  • 12 tortillas
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 onion
  • 480 g flour
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 240 g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 240 g shredded cheese
  • 4 jalapeno peppers sour cream


  • To prepare the mini Mexican pizzas, use a biscuit cutter to cut small rounds of tortillas
  • You can keep the trimmings and fry to use on your favorite taco salad
  • Add enough oil to coat the bottom of a saucepan with vegetable oil
