Seaweed Salad (wakame Goma)

  • 30 Sesame seeds
  • 250 Wakame seaweed
  • 1 Lime juice
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • peppers
  • 2 oil
  1. Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet until fragrant and light brown

  2. Remove from the skillet and let cool

  3. Rinse seaweed and drain

  4. Place seaweed in a bowl and season with lime juice, sugar and pepper

  5. Add sesame seeds and oil, mix, season to taste and serve
