Materials

  • 3 avocados
  • 3 green tomatoes
  • 4 tomatillios fresh
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 2 cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno peppers
  • 350 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Peel avocados and place them in a blender
  • In a medium saucepan, boil tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic, and jalapenos for 15 minutes
  • Remove from saucepan and place all ingredients in a blender with the avocados
  • Add sour cream and blend until smooth
