  • 4 style pitas cut into wedges
  • 1 oil
  • salt
  • 2 olive oil
  • 4 roma tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 4 ounces feta crumbled
  • salt
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 2 wine vinegar


  • Brush or spray the pita wedges with oil on both sides and bake in a preheated 400F/200C oven until crispy and golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side
  • Spread the olive oil out on a large platter, sprinkle on the tomatoes followed by the feta, salt, pepper and oregano, green onions and lemon juice
  • Optionally mix everything up and enjoy!
