Materials

  • 2 large cucumbers optionally peeled and diced
  • 200 g plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 green onions coarsely chopped
  • 2 fresh dill coarsely chopped
  • 2 fresh parsley coarsely chopped
  • 200 ml water
  • 3 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Puree everything in a blender along with enough water to get the desired consistency before letting chill in the fridge for at least an hour to over night
