Materials

  • 20 ml sunflower oil
  • 200 g chickpeas
  • 15 ml Tomato puree
  • 0.5 tps Choley Masala
  • 0.5 tps Garam Masala
  • 0.25 tps Red chili powder you skip if donot want hot
  • 0.25 tps Turmeric powder
  • 50 grams Chopped onions
  • 15 grams Garlic paste
  • 15 grams Ginger paste
  • 0.5 tps Salt
  • 50 ml Water

Instructions

  • Take pan on stove and start stove high flame
  • Add oil wait until its hot
  • Then add chopped onions, ginger and garlic paste and salt
  • Stir it for 5 to 10 minutes until they turn little brown, if burning turn stove on medium
  • Add tomato puree , add turmeric and red hot chili powder, mix well
  • Add water and cook for 3 to 5 minutes
  • Add garam masala, choleyy masala, chik peas and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until one bil
